Just 54% of students about to graduate from university have been attain their job from next year. It is reflected how much Japanese companies are working hard to create customers in the world even in prosperity of asian rising markets. In the other way, according to the Nikkei Shinbun news paper, the winter bonus in Japanese companies increased 2.35% since 3 years. But they look still cautious to recruitment. There might be a gap between company's demand and young's ability, but how does it be compensated in a short term? Does it entrusted in the hand of young? If it is so, I guess it is unreasonable demand to them. Anyway, it's a reality, we, include me need to survive this difficult situation.

Shelly, original lyrics by YutakaOzaki

Shelly, I have reached a place like this, during walk like a rolling stone.

Shelly, was I hasty too much? The same movement was observed in 1980's, the objectives to do it was to migrate production base to the countries and regions of low wage and import goods to home country. But this time, the Japanese companies face to different circumstances like burgeoning economies, shrinking domestic demands. So, the companies tend to choose hold production base nearby expanding market.

According to the strategy shift, companies human resource recruitment policy alos changing. UNIQLO recruited 100 foreign students in Japan for their employee, the number is 1/2 of all recruited students. This trend could be general among Japanese companies in near future. We Japanese need to adjust to this new reality.

Job in opened office

I decided to open all the door and screen of my office against corridor beside when I am in a business hours as a kind of social and psychological experimentation. The walkers who pass beside my office can look at me whenever they want. I found a phenomenon that people do not watch inside room from the window full opened.

Before I just make some aperture at door and roll screen, I always felt someone peeping from outside, but now nobody do so. My inference on the phenomenon is that when the door opened fully the passerby feel a risk to meet gaze with the one inside, so they do not peep.

Doing job in the open space even in the work place must be a good practice to be used to do a job with high concentration anywhere we can. It's the shortest lyrics of the Japanese singer song writer Naotaro Moriyama. He said the he found an essence of the message of songs are very simple after he complete and look back them. So he try to make a song which include just only one message.

We talk much about what we want to say with too many words using a long time. Exactly, sometimes after we talk for a long minutes, we find what we want to talk about, and know the message was so simple. It must be a great finding of speaker but it should be a boring hours for your listener.

For improving the social welfare in the meaning above, we need to find and put in order the essence of our message as well as we can. The example I use at that time was follows like you all study ¥500 thousands of tuition per year, it will be ¥2 million yen for 4 years by you will graduate from your faculty. And imagine that your friend graduate high school and working for company earns ¥3 million per year, and it will become amount of ¥12 million in 4 years. Here the amount of money you could earn this 4 years is called as occasional cost. Of course, because of you expect to earn more through long term, you learn in university. Anyway, you have better to think of the objective to spent time in school from the view point of occasional cost.

After the class, a student come to me and said I want to study economics, management and language more than engineering, and I don't want to loose my time to study them. i caught his saying seriously and reply like it is great that you have an ability to learn engineering and being interested in social sciences also. You have a chance to be a engineer who understand economy and society. There are much occasion to learn economics and management after you graduate this faculty. If the student really wish to change the way, of course he/she can do so. But I don't know which way is the best for students. But I can say that they can live a life as two or three times as much as others when they determine to live a compressed life.

Nobody can indicate and forecast which is the best way of life. Never do of someone's as a matter of course. But, at least, I just can show some options of life in limited viewpoint of mine. We need to understand one's limit of awareness, never ask someone else to rely on determining important future.

"Hayabusa" has been back home

"Hayabusa", an asteroid probe has been back to the earth since 7 years, the distance of it's travel was 6 billion km. They was born in the same year of 1928. One is Mr. Tsuyoshi Mori who wrote much of essays on social view point, I am always dragged into his original world of perspective in every single books. He always think of things without getting carry away. He explains not only the experience he got in the latest war but also his physical weakness influent on building up his mind set and attitude. And other Mr. Shozo Mori who is my classmate in graduate school days. He restarted study in university just after he retired, and his concerned about the reason why Japan succeeded to economic development after world war two from the banker's point of view. I suppose he tried to explain the meaning of his contribution on it and theoretically and to understand what was the days he live a life and work for.
Of course I got a lot of impression from their writing and speaking. "Chao-zu" , is a kind of chinese cuisine made of minced meat and vegetable wrapped by small and thin wheat crepe. The stand is maneged by a middle aged couple, but the name of their kitchen is "Chao-zu Brothers." I wondered why it was so, and they answered "we want to spread a brother and sister relationships linkage with customers." I felt it is a great corporate philosophy and ingenious domain setting. Why is he so attractive? Because, he as an independent, masterless samurai, achieved an impossible mission that to build a Satsuma-Choshu alliance to break up the Tokugawa shogunate continued 260 years long. People are fascinated with his vitality and active mind. What is the incident moves him? I think he wanted to dissolve the strong social status system of his home country. In the Edo period, big internal disturbances didn't happerned, the stable economy was based on the system. The existence of the system was a common sense and a habitat a that time. So, it's a kind of miracle that a country man had a vision of equality on people's status. He is the man who work for others, that is the reason that he is respected even in nowadays.

My Twitter counts 97.

The Twitter of mine counts 97 already today, that I just started from last October. It is just like that we cannot answer to the question "Why the Cosmos be?" The social role of everyone is given from someone else around, nobody cannot find the vocation by him or herself. It means that we citizen attain a option to choose political power desirable for present social condition. No option we use to have, it was an anomaly political condition from developed country standard. In that sence, Japan has achieved that standard finally.
In the other side of the triumph, unexpected defeat are there. The election this time, a change in regime has been anticipated, and DPJ was considered to be in unfavorable situation to win it. I felt to support Taro Aso from Hangan-Biiki point of view. (Hangan-Biiki mean to support a person who are in weak state.) But regretfully, the result we face was realized.
A strong power is not ever, just like dust blown in the wind. They reminded me that season is at point of change. Father-in-law said that he used to eat them in these ways when he was young in past time. The cuisine above are traditional Japanese way to entertain us with the sweet-smelling mushrooms. These years, many of them are mainly imported from China, and maybe from North Korea indirectly. It is said that cause of dilapidation of country side landscape "Satoyama" in three decade as a result of imprudent development of decision of ourselves. Now I play it on Tuesday 20:00-22:00 every week with about 15 members. It is a ball game of tough and devotion needed, so I can not think of anything but how I can play best. The time gives me an occasion to concentrate on without everyday routine work.
Last night, I came to the gym and play it as usual, the temperature and humidity seem the highest this summer drenched me with full of sweat beyond strange. The court was just like huge sauna bath. A member of the group had played it in his university days said that full of air conditioning installed in almost of all university gyms in U.S., I think of it as a bad joke of him. You will eat them with some sweet soysorce, green laver and pieces of dried bonito. Basically, you can get it at Takoyaki shops thereabout. But many guys who grew up in Osaka culture prepare Takoyaki skillets to cook Takoyaki by themself at lease two times in a month. So, if you get some occation to homestay there, why don't you suggest host familly to cook it together in their dinning or Garden BBQ.

Cast of voices are Yanmer, Chiyo and Hiro.

Sound of Creek

Under the strong sunshine these days only, we can perceive a message from creek which make us feeling so cool. Koya

Mt. Koya "Koya-san" is a buddism place of Shingonshu in Wakayama pref., Japan. Founder Kukai opened here as a base of his religious activity in 816, approximately 1200 years ago. It was after his austerities in Japan and China, Kukai was approved to do so from Emperor-Saga. Cause of inconvinient plase, constracting operation was hardly progressed. Once here was getting ruined, but it reconstructed after 1016, depends on contribution from Imperial and many powerful families.

We can find tombs a lot along to approch road to Okunoin temple as long as 2,000m. Some of them are indivisual owns, but others are companies as organization's. I think it is very curious, because I suppose mouring should be a ceremony among family. But a fact I saw in Mt. Koya is a symbolic way of thinking of Japanese management on corporations as common illusion. It is just like "colleague is family".

I felt not only a solemn and tense atmosphere there, but also refleshing blew passed through ancient trees. I don't know, but it realy was. I am able to really recomend you to visit there. You must feel something different from Kyoto and Nara area.

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tNj24dSz3ws/RsEONGnofOI/AAAAAAAAAEg/Y9Iek2phMSk/s320/koyasan01.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5098371871438044386" />
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tNj24dSz3ws/RsEONWnofPI/AAAAAAAAAEo/sItl8rgETgk/s320/koyasan02.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5098371875733011698" />
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tNj24dSz3ws/RsEONmnofQI/AAAAAAAAAEw/uoqYsY_WGzo/s320/koyasan03.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5098371880027979010" />
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tNj24dSz3ws/RsEON2nofRI/AAAAAAAAAE4/TXYJ6ULYCb8/s320/koyasan04.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5098371884322946322" />
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tNj24dSz3ws/RsEON2nofSI/AAAAAAAAAFA/8oqQUmojgwk/s320/koyasan05.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5098371884322946338" />

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://hiroyukinho.blogspot.com/2007/08/visit-mt-koya.html' title='Visit Mt. We are willing to learn something advanced and specific knowledge as a majer in University or somewhere educational institutions. I admire that there are some meanings. But more over that, we should forcus on building up ability to learn brandnew knowledge continuously over several years. Because, a leading edge technology you learned in university is fated to obsolete in few years by all means. The critical factor that lead us to sucess must be how much we master many basic knowledges and acquire a habit to think of incredulously in all occations. And prerequisite them, we should try to be a person with creative mind and pioneer spirits. In computerlized era, gathering information is a role of machines, human brain can not accumlate data more than them. But, our our conpetitiveness is to create and synthesize intelligences. That is a solo value of human being themself in recent time. Do not compete with computer, but be creative for now and future!

big fish has come!

<img style="float:right;
